A trendy hospitality-driven group is hiring a Beverage professional.

We would love you to have:

• Passion for hospitality, salesmanship, and development of their team
• 3-5 years’ experience as a restaurant beverage manager in quality, contemporary, full-service Chef-driven restaurant 
• Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft beer
• Ability to manage a high volume bar program
• Knowledge of current wine and beverage trends.
• Proficiency in analyzing a P&L and course-correcting as needed
