A trendy hospitality-driven group is hiring a Beverage professional.
We would love you to have:
- Passion for hospitality, salesmanship, and development of their team
- 3-5 years’ experience as a restaurant beverage manager in quality, contemporary, full-service Chef-driven restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft beer
- Ability to manage a high volume bar program
- Knowledge of current wine and beverage trends.
- Proficiency in analyzing a P&L and course-correcting as needed
