We would love you to have:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sous Chef in a chef-driven restaurant 
• Experience leading  multiple cook stations
• A clear understanding of managing a profitable kitchen
• Competent in computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word,
• Must have a strong work ethic
• Must have a flexible schedule, and be available nights & weekends
