Program Highlights
Earn $2,600 – $3,200 USD per month (typical U.S. pay of $15–$19/hour, 40 hrs/week)

South Carolina: Situated in the Blue Ridge Mountains of South Carolina, this opportunity combines professional culinary training with a unique lifestyle experience. Interns will train in multiple restaurant concepts, explore seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, and contribute to an innovative dining program serving an elite membership community. Beyond the kitchen, the surrounding region offers cultural exchange through outdoor recreation, southern hospitality, and community engagement.
J-1 Eligibility
Open to non-U.S. citizens only
Internship: Enrolled in or recent graduate of a post-secondary program in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field
Trainee: Degree + 1 year experience OR 5+ years professional culinary experience outside the U.S.
Strong English communication skills
