    About the Role

Culinary Khancepts is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Corporate Event Planner to oversee and execute events at locations across our portfolio. Locations would include the iconic River Oaks Theatre, The Audrey, Liberty Kitchen, Mayahuel and other brands under our portfolio. This individual will act as the driving force behind every aspect of the guest experience — from initial planning and vendor coordination to flawless day-of execution. Much like a wedding planner ensures every detail of a special day comes together seamlessly, this role will manage all event logistics, communications, and on-site coordination to deliver memorable, elevated experiences that reflect the River Oaks Theatre brand. The role has the potential to grow into establishing our event program across our company. These include all holiday and themed events for our organization.

    Why Join Culinary Khancepts

At Culinary Khancepts, we believe in creating exceptional experiences — whether through innovative cuisine, hospitality, or memorable moments. The River Oaks Theatre is more than a venue; it’s a cultural landmark and creative hub, and we’re looking for a planner who can help bring that vision to life through extraordinary events.
