Leo’s & River Oaks Theater- Be a part of history! The Historic River Oaks Theater will re-open it’s doors under the Culinary Khancepts umbrella. Built in 1939, the theater will have a refresh to the Art Deco design of the 1930’s. Enjoy elevated offerings from both food and wine as you enjoy the upcoming indie classics and the ever so popular Rocky Horror Picture Show midnight showings. Next door to the River Oak’s theater will be one of Houston’s premier restaurants. Leo’s River Oaks will reinvent your dining experience by providing a unique menu featuring other diverse offerings such as caviar flight’s, duck confit, and fresh pastas, along with some of the best steak cuts in Houston. Saturday and Sunday the restaurant will feature High Tea, Leo’s take on an elevated brunch fit for the River Oaks District.

Hospitality Manager:

Qualifications:

· A minimum of 6 months of employment in a leadership role with Culinary Khancepts or Star Cinema Grill

· At least 2+ years’ experience upscale/ fine dining restaurant management, preferred.

· Must be currently have a satisfactory performance record (not currently in a critical period on a Corrective Action, received a rating of “3”, or better on last performance evaluation, where applicable)

In depth understanding of KPI's

Specifically COG's & Labor

Elevated knowledge of LBW (Leo's)

Greater knowledge of film history (ROT)

Part of the job could include introducing movies before they show and talking about any history that might be pertinent (they used to do this at ROT)
