    Responsibilities

    Assist in Human Resource functions for the restaurant including team member selection, training, enforcement of policy and procedures, performance management, development, and team building.

    Maintain a safe, healthy, and secure facility by enforcing sanitation standards and procedures, complying with health and legal regulations and maintain equipment and security systems.

    Builds a culture with our common goal in mind. “To provide every guest with an unforgettable dining experience through unmatched hospitality and the highest quality food and beverages.”

    Conducts table touches with all guests dining, ensuring guest contact as a priority with a target goal of 100% table visitation.

    Actively engages with guests to solicit feedback and build relationships within the community.

    Assist GM in identifying trends and issues in team performance.

    Ensures product, restaurant and staffing presentation meet company standards.

    Assist GM with scheduling and meeting staffing pars.

    Assist GM and management team in creating incentive programs, testing, and training.

    Assist GM with restaurant organization, cleanliness, and sanitation, completes monthly Facilities Audit.

    Takes on GM responsibilities in their absence.

    Manages with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture, values and brand standards of Culinary Khancepts

    Manages hourly team member performance:

    Constantly develops team members, including informal shift reviews and participates in daily one on one’s.

    Provides candid, fair feedback on a regular basis, and continuously works with team members on their areas of development. Demonstrates proper execution of training systems as outlined by the company while emphasizing the importance of training to associates.

    Communicates team member negative performance and coaches team members when required.

    Communicates, enforces, and follows company policies, practices, and procedures.

    Acts as coach to all team members, salaried and hourly.

    Qualifications

    High School diploma or GED

    Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant

    Able to multi-task

    Ability to stand for long period so time, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces

    Customer service focused and solution oriented

    Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment

    Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs

    Food handler's card may be required according to local and or state regulations
