What You’ll Do As the Culinary Manager at our flagship Batbox location in Addison, Texas, you’ll take charge of the back-of-house, delivering outstanding food quality and operational excellence.
Craft Legendary Experiences: Ensure seamless collaboration with the front-of-house team to deliver high-quality dishes, speedy ticket times, and consistent plating that wow guests every time.

Build for Tomorrow: Oversee food costs, inventory, and labor budgets while keeping the kitchen organized, stocked, and efficient. Leverage tools and systems like Restaurants365 to simplify operations.
Beyond the Game: Set the gold standard for cleanliness, safety, and compliance for the back-of-house. Lead proactive health and safety initiatives, ensuring exceptional food safety practices, rigorous sanitation protocols, and well-maintained equipment. Who You Are You have 1 - 3 years experience as a Culinary Manager in high-energy venues and bring expertise in food quality, operational efficiency, and team leadership. You’re a natural problem solver who thrives even during the busiest shifts, using your calm demeanor to create a positive team environment.
Your ability to build and inspire a team is matched by your attention to detail in budgets, inventory, and operational standards. You communicate clearly and effectively, always looking for ways to improve and grow. With your ambition, you’re not just managing the kitchen - you’re driving it to the next level. As essential functions of the role you will be frequently walking and standing, and may be involved in lifting or moving items up to 30 pounds (e.g., stock, signage, or light equipment).
