    We are seeking a full-time candidate to fill a broad spectrum of culinary responsibilities for our catering company and small dine-in restaurant. Candidate would mainly work in the cold prep kitchen/expo position (during restaurant hours) and also potentially go on-site for catering events. However, you would cross train on hot line/grill responsibilities and prep. Expo responsibilities include prep of cold salads, some sauces, desserts, dressings, etc. Expo role is responsible for calling orders to the hot line, coordinating plates from the hot line as they come up, adding cold items, and working with service staff to execute plates to tables as necessary. Catering role is responsible for all cold item prep on each event from condiments to salads to garnish and desserts. Hot line is prep and execution of grilled menu items. Most nights off! Most Sundays off! Hourly rate is reviewable after 30 days employment.
