Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring high quality and taste.

Participate in daily kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness and organization.

Support menu development and contribute creative ideas for seasonal offerings.

Help with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.

Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work atmosphere.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a culinary program.

Passion for food, coffee, and customer service.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Willingness to learn and take constructive feedback.

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Previous kitchen or barista experience is a plus but not required.
