Depending on your station, responsibilities may include:
Preparing and executing high-quality dishes with consistency and precision
Working hot line, grill, sauté, pantry, or garde manger stations
Assisting with banquet and event execution
Maintaining mise en place and station organization
Following recipes, plating standards, and presentation guidelines
Supporting teammates during peak service
Upholding cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards
You'll be part of a team serving multiple dining outlets and private events in a seasonal, high-volume environment.
