    What You'll Do

    Depending on your station, responsibilities may include:

    • Preparing and executing high-quality dishes with consistency and precision

    • Working hot line, grill, sauté, pantry, or garde manger stations

    • Assisting with banquet and event execution

    • Maintaining mise en place and station organization

    • Following recipes, plating standards, and presentation guidelines

    • Supporting teammates during peak service

    • Upholding cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards

    You'll be part of a team serving multiple dining outlets and private events in a seasonal, high-volume environment.
