SALES ADVISOR / ADMISSIONS (will work in both Tustin and Santa Ana locations)
CulinaryLab has reinvented culinary education to match up with the modern-day food industry. We’re looking for an energetic, food-loving sales leader to join our admissions department as a Sales Advisor. The right fit for this position will be someone who loves working with people, is independent and resourceful, and wants to guide students in selecting CulinaryLab as their education provider.
This is not your standard, aggressive "100 calls a day" admissions position. You would be part of the Admissions team working with warm leads to see if CulinaryLab is the right fit for them. You will manage the enrollment process from start to finish for potential students and reach goals set by the Director of Admissions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Five or more years of sales (B2B or B2C) and/or school admissions experience
A goal-oriented self-starter; someone who works best when given the chance to be independent and creative
Proven record of strong inside sales results, especially in a consultative sales role
A passion for food, cooking, and the culinary industry
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruit and enroll students, using in-depth program knowledge and superior selling skills
Communicate the value, goals, and outcomes of a CulinaryLab education for our professional diploma programs over the phone or by conducting facility tours
Use CRM software daily to manage interactions with current and potential customers
Conduct CulinaryLab facility tours to prospective students; meet with students individually to determine if the program and a career in the Culinary Industry is right for them
COMPENSATION:
$24 to $30 per hour, depending on experience
Full benefits package with paid time off
