    CulinaryLocal is looking for a self driven individual to assist with managing our hiring and interviewing processes   This intern will assist in identifying and recruiting talent to our team. 

    We are an early stage startup and there is an opportunity make immediate and significant contributions to the growth and success of our company. The position is ideal for college students or recent grads pursuing marketing related fields.

    Responsibilities

    • Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

    • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.

    • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements

    • Arrange and conduct interviews with prospective candidates. 

    • Faciliate job offers, onboarding training and related tasks to setting up new employees.

    • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.

    • Manage intern program by conducting orientations; scheduling rotations and assignments; monitoring intern job contributions; coaching interns; advising managers on training and coaching.

    * Accomplish human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed

    • Commit 15 hours per week to your assignments.

    • Internship duration is 6 months.

    • Availability to attend occasional food festivals with the CulinaryLocal team.

    • This position is virtual.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent writing and communication skills.

    • Marketing experience to promote a growing brand.

    • Ability to attend manditory bi-weekly team meetings.

    • Report on weekly accomplishments.

    • Reliable Transportation.

    • Computer or Laptop.

    • Great follow up skills.

    • Must be self-sufficient and motivated to deliver tasks independently. Self-starter and resourceful.

    • Comfortable using Microsoft Office.

    • This position reports to the CEO.
