Culligan Water is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. The primary role of this position is to receive and pull commercial/residential softener orders daily, regenerating portable exchange tanks, and shipping and receiving inventory. As well as doing monthly and year end inventory counts. The Warehouse Associate will track depleted/used equipment daily to ensure required inventory levels are maintained. You will need to be able to lift at least 50 lbs safely, also prefer that you are somewhat mechanically inclined.
Job Details:
Forklift certification is a plus but NOT required. Training, which includes forklift and warehouse operations certifications, is offered for those who are inexperienced.
The Warehouse Associate position is a full-time position with a starting pay range of $18-$20/hr. depending on experience.
This is a great position for an individual who wants to get in at the ground level of a company and work their way up. Several of our active managers who are with us today worked their way up. This is a great way to learn about our company and our equipment in order to move into service or other positions.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be ready, willing, and able to showcase the capability to learn quickly, complete daily tasks, take direction, and work well in a team setting.
High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience
Ability to clear a criminal background check
Ability to clear a drug screening test
Good Mechanical Aptitude and the Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
