ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Accounting Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of accounts

receivable, accounts payable and clerical tasks. Duties include providing

support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, data

entry and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Process, post and reconcile daily deposits
• Create daily invoices and credit memos
• Prepare, code and enter vouchers for payment
• Follow-up and update purchase orders
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Research and answer internal and external inquiries
• Maintain digital and paper filing systems
• Maintain and manage office supplies
• Manage daily and monthly reports and submittals
• Providing support and assistance to other team members as needed

QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM platforms.

Organizational skills, positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
