JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM! Cultivate PR, one of Florida’s leading public relations agencies with offices in Miami and New York, is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Associate Account Executive to join its team. PR agency and marketing experience a plus!

ASSOCIATE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Day-to-day account support, ensuring you work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent client work
• Attend client and internal meetings on a regular basis, and assist with agendas, recaps and taking detailed notes
• Develop a solid understanding of our clients’ businesses, their competitors, and working with teams to ensure clients’ goals are met
• Proactively support senior team members with administrative tasks e.g. updating media lists, coordinating team meetings, desk research, as well as day-to-day administration
• Daily monitoring of the news media (print, broadcast and online) and keeping team members updated with relevant news stories, trends, coverage opportunities and achieved client coverage.
• Suggest creative story angles, media opportunities, community involvement, and special events

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA or BS in related field
• Energetic, with a passion for learning new skills
• Organized, able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work in an agile manner and adapt to changing requests across a variety of clients
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in AP style
• Excellent attention to detail
• Advanced level skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
