W hat You’ll Do ****
1. Drive Organizational Culture
Promote a workplace culture that reflects our values of safety, reliability, and respect by coordinating initiatives focused on inclusion, diversity , and employee morale.
2. Interview Scheduling & Candidate Support
Assist managers by scheduling interviews through our ATS platform , maintaining clear communication with applicants, and supporting hiring timelines. Provide friendly and professional candidate follow-up.
3. Evaluation Coordination
Track and remind managers of employee evaluation dates at the 30, 60, and 90-day marks. Exit Interviews. Ensure forms are distributed, completed, and returned on time, and assist in logging evaluation outcomes.
Outcome: Helps reinforce accountability, track performance trends, and support retention through timely feedback.
4. Event Management
Plan and execute company events—such as safety meetings, appreciation days, and team-building activities. Coordinate vendors, venues, and logistics to ensure smooth and engaging experiences.
5. Employee Recognition & Milestone Programs
Collaborate with leadership to track employee achievements and celebrate birthdays, work anniversaries, and team milestones through cards, small gifts, or recognition shoutouts.
6. Office & Inventory Support
Manage supply inventories (office, grocery, event materials), ensuring appropriate stock levels and timely replenishment to support daily operations and events.
7. Front Desk & Customer Service
Welcome visitors, answer phones, and respond to general inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude. Be the face of FC Traffic for staff and guests alike.
8. Internal Communications & Culture Promotion
Assist in developing and distributing internal culture-related content—newsletters, flyers, workshop invites, and engagement reminders—to keep staff informed and inspired.
9. Administrative Support
Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying, mailing, and distributing internal documents. Support the People Department with clerical projects as needed.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Clear, confident written and verbal communication abilities.
Professional, approachable demeanor for handling staff and visitor interactions.
Familiarity with scheduling tools, calendars, or ATS platforms.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain at a desk for extended periods.
One year of Human Resource experience is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
