Culture Flipper is looking for a Chinese (Simplified) QA Engineer to enhance the development and ensure the quality of multilingual AI characters for a video game. You will collaborate closely with Engineering and QA teams to identify and debug issues, create automated test cases, and guarantee cultural appropriateness in AI character behaviors. Chinese must be your primary language.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Engineering and QA teams to troubleshoot issues concerning multilingual AI characters
• Develop and implement automated test cases to verify platform functionality and performance
• Identify and address cultural concerns in AI character behaviors to ensure reliability and cultural sensitivity
• Conduct deterministic testing of input fields to confirm compatibility with multi-byte characters
• Engage with AI characters in real-time to assess runtime performance and behavior
• Contribute to discussions on technical issues regarding prompt engineering and large-scale language models (LMMs)
• Offer technical assistance and guidance to internal teams as requested

Your Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Chinese language at a primary-speaker level, with a deep understanding of Chinese culture and language nuances
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• Proficiency in software QA and testing methodologies with a technical background
• Experience in automated testing and debugging using Python
• Verbal and written proficiency in English for regular communication with clients and team members
• Minimum of 2 years of QA testing experience in online services
• Track record of successfully managing long-term QA projects
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strong sense of responsibility
