CULTURE FLIPPER IS LOOKING FOR A CLIENT RELATIONSHIP COORDINATOR.

WE ARE SEEKING AN OUTGOING AND MARKETING-ORIENTED RELATIONSHIP MANAGER TO JOIN OUR ORGANIZATION AND WORK WITH OUR CLIENTS.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Act as point of contact for clients
• Identify key contacts at potential client companies to establish and foster relationships
• Generate new business by identifying opportunities with potential clients
• Study competition to find new ways to retain clients and increase business
• Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
• Collaborate with internal teams to address clients' needs
• Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business
• Create engaging presentation decks, press kits, and other client materials

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven minimum 2 years experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Background in marketing or client service; entertainment, advertising and/or localization industry knowledge required
• Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. client satisfaction)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Sensitivity to or passion for language and movies is a must
• Ability to work well with a team
• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
