CULTURE FLIPPER IS LOOKING FOR ENGLISH <> KOREAN PROJECT & RESOURCE COORDINATOR (REMOTE).

WE NEED EXPERIENCED PROJECT & RESOURCE COORDINATOR WITH PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE. 

ENGLISH MUST BE NATIVE LANGUAGE.  

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Coordinate and organize resources needed for the EN team, with the assistance of Resource Managers.
• Receive tasks from English speaking clients, ensuring that we have access to all the information and reference materials needed to kick-off the task.
• Coordinate projects and ensure on-time delivery. Managing time and resources is key.
• Run final quality checks before delivery to clients. Includes proofreading professional writers' work (you should be able to immediately spot errors that online spell checkers miss).
• Manage glossaries in CAT tools.
• Develop and maintain critical issue logs and develop solutions.
• Deliver work to clients and respond to real-time feedback.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Nearly impeccable English & Korean language skills (particularly spoken and written communication skills). 
• Hands-on project management experience in the media or localization industry is a huge plus.
• Film industry experience preferred, not required. Experience in writing for the film or TV industry is a plus.
• An understanding of different cultures and a passion for the film industry. Tolerance of cultural differences is a must as you will be working with team members from different cultures.
• Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail. Excellent time and space management are required.
• Strong collaboration skills--experience in collaborating in a team environment is a must.
• Solid understanding of English grammar--you should be able to see room for improvement while reviewing other writers' deliverables on a daily basis.
• Strong ability to stay organized and follow through.
• Proficient localization and project management tools.
