Come join our team as an Inbound Call Center Representative in our Baltimore location and earn a portion of your sales in addition to your normal pay. We sell wholesale automotive parts and will train you on our products. Bilingual Spanish speaking is preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits, flexible hours and casual attire. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: •Answer 60-100 inbound calls per day from customers looking for price, availability and delivery information. •Provide friendly customer service to wholesale and retail customers. •Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner to customers._ •Find out what the customer needs and recommend specific products and solutions. •Accurately process customer orders. •Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction. •Problem solve and assist customers in facilitating deliveries and minimize freight costs. •Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with all teams members. _•Overtime and weekends are available.

QUALIFICATIONS: •Excellent telephone and listening skills •Previous sales/call center experience preferred •Multi-tasking, Resolving Conflict, and stress tolerance_ •Ability to achieve goals on a daily basis •Positive attitude and willingness to learn •Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office •Great work ethic and self-motivated _•Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus
