    Job Description

Chief of Staff   The Grammy’s. The FedEx Open. The BET Awards. Over 100,000 weddings. These are a few of the events that our customers have Curated. We’ve given small business owners around the globe hundreds of thousands of hours back to their families and businesses by building an ERP for small businesses. And we’d like you to personally assist our CEO and be a connector for all teams across the company.   Sounds fancy, but you’re going to have to love startups and be willing to do some work with no playbook on how to do it. You’re going to work harder here than any other place in your life.  You’ll be expected to learn everything from SaaS economics to basic GAAP principles. And that’s just the stuff you can google. You’re also going to learn about our systems, plays, data warehouse, and projection tools.    Does the previous make you excited? Great. Because you’ll be an integral link between all teams in our company as we build things for small businesses that have never been built. Because of stories like Whitney Fredin - https://curate.wistia.com/medias/2yc0skekgd  Because you’ll be able to experience every side of an organization and holistically understand how a technology startup works. Because you’ll get to be present in deep strategic conversations about SaaS economics and a sales funnel that no other entry-level position offers. Because you’ll get to be involved in all the messiness of a startup and be able to take ownership of projects that nobody even thought about. And we’d love to check out your resume if this is you.
