JOB SUMMARY:
Curbs Plus, Inc. is a rapidly growing manufacturing company headquartered in Ringgold, GA with additional facilities in Rossville, Georgia, El Dorado, Kansas, Glendale, Arizona, and Mount Union, Pennsylvania. We are seeking an individual who is dynamic and a quick learner to support our Inside Sales Team. This individual must be detailed-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. A successful candidate demonstrates good judgement and can handle a variety of responsibilities within a very busy work environment.
BONUS POTENTIAL
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Inside Sales with requests for quotes from customers.
- Obtain pricing and delivery information.
- Process paperwork and demonstrate excellent data-entry skills.
- Review and audit sales orders prior to release to production.
- General clerical and other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5 years of customer relations experience is desired and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment a PLUS.
- Detailed oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Internet.
- Demonstrate solid math skills.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Read and interpret engineered drawings a PLUS.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Team player, willing to contribute and help others.
- Flexibility in work schedule to meet customer demand.
- Experience with Sage 100 a PLUS.
