What You’ll Do (Daily Duties) 📝

• Take to-go orders in person, by phone, and online

• Enter orders accurately into the POS system

• Coordinate with kitchen & service staff on timing

• Package/check all to-go orders for accuracy & presentation

• Deliver curbside orders with a smile

• Process payments (cash & card)

• Keep curbside/to-go areas clean and organized

• Provide friendly guest service & resolve simple concerns

What We’re Looking For ⭐

• Positive attitude and great customer service

• Strong communication & attention to detail

• Ability to multitask in a busy environment

• Basic math & cash-handling skills

• Prior to-go experience is helpful (not required)

• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs

• Dependable and punctual
