JOB TITLE: Implementation Specialist
DEPARTMENT: Implementation
SUMMARY: A CureMD Implementation Specialist leads the implementation process to successfully onboard physician offices onto CureMD’s suite of award winning Practice Management, Revenue Cycle Management and Electronic Health Record solutions. You will own the client onboarding experience by planning, executing and coordinating CureMD and client activities, tracking progress and managing risks at all times. This is a full-time onsite position based out of our office location in Raleigh, North Carolina.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partners with clients to create and execute implementation plans that are on-time, on-budget with highest customer satisfaction
Leads key activities including workflow assessment, workflow optimization, roll-out planning, developing training plans, change management roadmap, Go-Live Support and Post Go-Live Support planning
Coordinates internal and client teams to complete Data Migration, Content Development, Interfaces, Enrollment, and Billing Configuration work streams.
Develops and maintains expertise on all CureMD solutions
Follows established methodology ensuring consistency from implementation to implementation
Works closely with Implementation leaders to constantly evaluate and improve the onboarding experience
Provides end-user training as needed
This position involves travel up to 40% of the time
