    Job Description

    The Omnichannel Experience Team at Curinos focuses on understanding of direct consumer interactions with banking products and services, covering digital user experience, channel service, experiences and pricing interactions with FinTechs and lenders through custom mystery shop projects for Financial Institutions.  We help the financial services industry understand the banking customer’s user and customer experience by delving straight into the digital platforms and channels with which consumers and businesses interact.  We work with the leading UK, US and global financial institutions to deliver insights from mystery shops.

    What we do:

    • Collect primary data through in branch, telephone, digital tracking mystery shops, and custom mystery shopping projects
    • Track the latest trends in branch, banking apps and fintechs, covering the full range of retail financial products, open banking, investments, and small business banking
    • Analyze the potential impact of platform changes and innovations on the market

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    This Market Research Project Manager role will be overseeing mystery shop projects that include both custom ad hoc and tracking projects and our Fintech Lending pricing tracking projects.  As the Market Research Project Manager, you will work closely with mystery shopping and digital fieldwork managers, schedulers, and fieldwork colleagues supporting recruitment for fieldwork and managing the full process of every assigned custom project and all Fintech Lending pricing tracking from start to finish. You will also engage with clients to answer any questions they may have and provide them with updates on the project.

    The Market Research Project Manager will also work with analysts and sales colleagues to ensure fieldwork is completed on time, on budget and to client expectations.

    You will be:

    • Managing a team of schedulers who recruit and assign mystery shops to panelists and non-panelists
    • Setting up kick off calls with clients for Fintech Lending and custom projects
    • Working with sales colleagues to provide pricing on new project requests
    • Monitor project scheduling
    • Planning and oversight to ensure that projects are meeting recruitment and scheduling targets with sufficient time to meet deadlines
    • Troubleshooting more difficult shopper quota requirements with schedulers
    • Managing and coaching schedulers to ensure prompt response to panelist / shopper communication, efficient scheduling, and problem solving
    • Developing questionnaires and programming and checking the scripts into the mystery shopping platform
    • Finalizing fieldwork for projects and trackers to review shop results for completion, data results and denials or returned / overdue shops, working with schedulers and the field team to re-shop when necessary
    • Ensuring that data from shops are being edited and published on time
    • Exporting shop data for client /project review updates and upon project completion
    • Analyzing auto-exported report results for errors and ensuring that formats are correct
    • Creating PowerPoint slides with shopper data or detailed digital screenshot journeys as required per custom project
    • Managing the cost of tracking and custom projects to ensure delivery within budget
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher
    • Experience in market research project or fieldwork management, with financial services, technology, and/or user experience research being a strong advantage
    • Line management and team management experience is preferred
    • A detail-orientated and highly organized individual who is willing to learn
    • Skilled in usage of Excel, PowerPoint, and project management platforms, with strong numeracy
    • Comfortable and adaptive with using digital technology and devices
    • Strong project management skills with a capacity to drive through business improvement, with project management certification being an advantage
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to understand the perspective of different stakeholders
    • Ability to multitask, problem solve, and be flexible to work across multiple projects
    • Direct client interaction and outcome-focused experience for delivery to time, budget, and quality
