The Omnichannel Experience Team at Curinos focuses on understanding of direct consumer interactions with banking products and services, covering digital user experience, channel service, experiences and pricing interactions with FinTechs and lenders through custom mystery shop projects for Financial Institutions. We help the financial services industry understand the banking customer’s user and customer experience by delving straight into the digital platforms and channels with which consumers and businesses interact. We work with the leading UK, US and global financial institutions to deliver insights from mystery shops.

RESPONSIBILITIES
This Market Research Project Manager role will be overseeing mystery shop projects that include both custom ad hoc and tracking projects and our Fintech Lending pricing tracking projects. As the Market Research Project Manager, you will work closely with mystery shopping and digital fieldwork managers, schedulers, and fieldwork colleagues supporting recruitment for fieldwork and managing the full process of every assigned custom project and all Fintech Lending pricing tracking from start to finish. You will also engage with clients to answer any questions they may have and provide them with updates on the project.
The Market Research Project Manager will also work with analysts and sales colleagues to ensure fieldwork is completed on time, on budget and to client expectations.
