Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven storyteller who is looking for a fast-paced and high growth environment. The Commercial Strategy Analyst will join the Curinos team to create go-to-market storylines and proposals across business units, leveraging deep data insights to articulate the value of our products and services. The Commercial Strategy analyst will work directly with senior leaders at the Company across consumer, small business, and commercial businesses both on the deposits and lending side. Ultimately the goal of the Commercial Strategy Analyst is to drive revenue to the Company through increased sales to existing clients and prospects, as well as through partnerships.

The successful candidate will:

• Create compelling proposal content around to support the business development efforts of senior leaders
• Analyze multiple data sources to develop insights and findings that 1) generate fact-based support for the value of our products and services, and 2) identify high-propensity prospects
• Craft strategic narratives with implications to be presented to client executives and potential partners
• Have the drive and curiosity to learn your clients’ strategies and data, inside and out
• Balance multiple requests effectively and be able to prioritize
• Support the development of one or more streams of intellectual capital and methodology development within various teams
• Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 plus Bonus

Qualifications

Candidates should have the following background, skills and characteristics:

• 1-3 years of experience in Consulting, Financial Services, Retail Banking, and/or Business Intelligence (experience in Retail or Commercial Deposits or Lending is a bonus)
• Strong ability to narrate storylines and create visuals to accompany
• Strong analytical capabilities – leveraging Excel, SQL, and other applications – and ability to interpret complex analytics and generate insights
• Strong verbal communication skills, with a particular focus on effective storytelling and logical presentation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Passion for the details and finding the best answer
• Proven track record of delivering complex, time-sensitive work to clients, across multiple client workstreams
• Bachelor’s degree required
