The Omnichannel Experience team focuses on digital banking within Informa’s new Curinos business, which benefits from being both an independent firm and being supported by the global FTSE 50 Informa Group.  We help the financial services industry understand the banking user and customer experience by delving straight into the digital platforms and channels with which consumers and businesses interact.

We work with the leading US and global financial institutions to deliver insights for their channel, product, insight, and commercial teams by providing access to a digital content and data platform, the Digital Banking Hub, and by delivering insight reports and consulting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This entry-level Analyst role is focused on the delivery of reporting based on our core digital banking data and services as part of the Digital Banking Hub product. You will have an interest in user experience and digital design, and curious about technology and financial services.

You will be:

• Primarily producing content in writing analysis and developing insights for client-specific benchmarking reports and industry update reports
• Conducting comparative evaluation of different digital journeys through hands-on review and research of live digital banking journeys online and in app as part of the reporting process
• Conducting intelligence gathering to support analysis and contextual knowledge and to keep up on the latest trends in tech and digital banking
• Developing financial product knowledge to support the assigned product reporting
• Completing consulting projects as and when required, supporting senior-level analysts to help key clients solve critical business issues via hands-on digital journey research and report and presentation production
• Completing client ad hoc digital research requests and deliverables as part of contractual client services
• Participating in our product development process based on day-to-day research on tracking changes in digital journeys and experiences
• Producing supporting documentation for new client onboarding and renewals
• Supporting the Digital Banking Hub content editor through production of blogs, articles and alerts relevant to digital banking and industry changes

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience doing qualitative research and analysis. Any digital banking and/or user experience is highly advantageous 
• Possesses strong attention to detail and aptitude for user experience research
• Excellent writing skills
• Confidence and clarity in verbal communication
• Methodical and process-oriented mindset
• Demonstrates a real interest in banking and fintech and conversant on digital trends
