Job Description

The KITCHEN TEST SUPERVISOR is responsible for the set-up and flawless execution of all Central Location Tests (CLT) studies, HUTS, Focus Groups as well as preparation for all Quantitative Descriptive Analysis (QDA®) groups. The supervisor works directly with the testing operations manager and project managers to develop the kitchen testing schedule, define the necessary protocols, and coordinate all communications with the kitchen teams. 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Set up kitchen for execution and test kitchen equipment
• Organize cook schedule
• Set up testing software (Red Jade)
• Execute data collection protocols
• Train and groom kitchen techs
• Inventory control with specific attention to proper product handling and storage protocols

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent organizational skills with a particular focus upon managing details
• Outstanding listening and communication skills—both written and oral
• Desire to learn and work with others
• Ability to develop and meet schedules
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• Expertise with MS Word, Excel, and the Internet
• 1 to 4 years of market research experience is a plus
• Experience working in a kitchen environment is a plus (familiar with and able to run appliances such as fryer or commercial oven.)
• Previous experience as a kitchen manager, server in a restaurant, or working in a catering environment is highly preferred
• Ability to work across both Chamblee and John's Creek locations preferred
