Job Description

We are looking for a detail oriented & fast paced Production Artist with product focused graphic design experience. The Production Artist will work closely with the creative team in creating & updating customer facing assets supporting sustaining activities & multi-brand programs.”

They will assist the design team with driving production standards for assets including print, packaging, tradeshow and digital graphics.

The Production Artist works as a member of a creative service team working with Product Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Channel Marketing Managers and the Digital/Web Team, reporting to the Creative Service Manager. This person will be flexible and report into the office 4 days a week with 1 day remote.

As a member of the team, your responsibilities include:

• High volume specification sheet updates, utilizing fast & efficient program editing methods
• Coordinate pan-brand document updates & process
• Drive production standards across assets; including print, packaging, tradeshow and digital graphics
• Drive automation, or efficiency changes to process
• Excellent communicator that gains confidence and trust from stakeholders.
• Work within tight schedules, in a fast-paced working environment.
• Multi-task; able to lead and work on several different projects at a time.
• Disseminate work within the graphics team when appropriate; review and approve design deliverables as required.
• Coordinate and manage meetings pertaining to project development.
• Facilitates production to maintain design integrity within project documents, process and artwork.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design with a minimum of 5+ years of experience Adobe CS Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), MS Office or Keynote.

Additional software experience as a plus:

• Wrike Project Management
• STIBO/STEP PIM entry and upload only (Desktop and Web
• Canva
• Cloudinary
• Beaconstac
• Flipping Book
• HTML/CSS coding experience a plus, not required

Compensation

The position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more. This salary range is $70,000-$85,000.
