Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Solar Canvassing Manager to lead our team of door-to-door lead generators across Southern California. As a pivotal member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by overseeing and optimizing our canvassing efforts.
Responsibilities:
\- Manage and motivate a team of door-to-door solar lead generators.
\- Develop and implement strategic canvassing plans to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
\- Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
\- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to improve results.
\- Analyze data and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
\- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align canvassing strategies with overall business objectives.
\- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
\- Proven experience in a leadership role within the solar industry or similar field.
\- Strong understanding of door-to-door sales and lead generation techniques.
\- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
\- Ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving targets.
\- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
\- Knowledge of Southern California neighborhoods and demographics preferred.
\- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
