The Fleet Associate works with other Fleet Associates and Customer Success Associates to ensure Curri's supply is in step with our demand. Our ideal candidate must be organized, has good people skills, can handle multiple tasks running concurrently, and enjoys the thrill of being at a startup. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment and can communicate effectively via video conference, phone, text, and e-mail.

Curri is based in Ventura, CA but our team primarily works remotely. WE ARE LOOKING FOR MULTIPLE CANDIDATES FOR THIS ROLE. ONE CANDIDATE WILL WORK PRIMARILY IN THE MOUNTAIN AND PACIFIC TIME ZONES, THE OTHER WILL WORK PRIMARILY IN EASTERN AND CENTRAL TIME ZONES

Responsibilities

• Work with Fleet Lead, Fleet Analysts, and other Fleet Associates to bring more drivers to the Curri platform
• Maintain organized tracking of acquisition projects
• Audit and track driver hours, truck logs, vehicle maintenance, and other operational data
• Ability to read and interpret manifests from different verticals
• Maintain good relationships with drivers and customers
• Work with Operations to help fulfill special delivery requests
• Work with sales on building quotes for various route and hotshot need
• Work with other Fleet Analysts and Associates to meet special project needs

Keys to Success

The person who will succeed in this role will have:

• 3-4 years experience in a customer service/customer-facing role
• Experience working in a start-up environment 
• Strong interpersonal skills and consistent follow through on assigned tasks
• Time management skills, ability to multitask, and ability to innovate
• Great teammate
• Ability to efficiently handle ambiguity and change
• Undergraduate degree preferred
