    Position Overview: We are seeking an organized, friendly, and dependable Curriculum Coordinator to join our childcare center team! We are looking for an educator and leader who is committed to curriculum excellence, teacher development, and helping children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally, connect with families, and assist in admin duties.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Curriculum Implementation & Support

    Ensure consistent implementation of The Learning Experience’s proprietary curriculum across all classrooms and age groups.

    Provide guidance and resources to teachers to enhance lesson planning and delivery.

    Support teachers in creating engaging, developmentally appropriate classroom environments that align with TLE standards.

    Monitor and evaluate curriculum effectiveness through classroom observations and feedback.

    Teacher Training & Development

    Lead regular teacher training sessions and professional development workshops focused on curriculum, child development, and classroom management.

    Mentor and coach teachers to improve instructional practices and promote continuous learning.

    Assist new staff with onboarding and curriculum orientation.

    Classroom Quality & Compliance

    Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure classrooms meet TLE quality, safety, and state licensing standards.

    Review lesson plans and documentation for completeness, creativity, and adherence to curriculum goals.

    Support teachers in maintaining accurate developmental assessments and portfolios for each child.

    Family & Center Engagement

    Collaborate with families to communicate curriculum goals, classroom activities, and child progress.

    Participate in school events, family engagement nights, and curriculum showcases.

    Support teachers in implementing family projects and home-to-school connections.

    Administrative & Operational Support

    Assist the Center Director with scheduling, staff coverage, and daily operations as needed.

    Maintain updated curriculum materials, classroom supplies, and teacher resources.

    Partner with the management team to meet accreditation and licensing requirements.

    Continuous Improvement

    Stay up to date with early childhood education trends and TLE curriculum updates.

    Collaborate with leadership to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for growth.

    Promote a positive, nurturing, and professional culture among teachers and staff.
