    Location: Mount Pleasant, SC Employment Type: Full‑time, Onsite Pay Range: $55,000 - $60,000 per year HIRING IMMEDIATELY

We’re hiring a Curriculum Specialist / Instructional Lead to partner with early childhood teachers and leadership to ensure excellence in instruction across classrooms.

    What You’ll Do • Oversee curriculum execution, alignment, and quality across all age groups • Train, mentor, and coach teaching staff in instructional strategies, assessments, and best practices • Observe classrooms, provide feedback, and guide continuous improvement • Analyze child progress data and develop action plans • Develop or refine learning resources, lesson plans, scope & sequence • Plan and deliver professional development and training sessions • Engage with families about curriculum and share learning outcomes

    What You Bring • Strong background in early childhood education, curriculum, or instructional coaching • Experience coaching teachers or leading instructional improvement • Ability to interpret data and convert into actionable steps • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills • Degree in Early Childhood, Education, Curriculum, or related
