    Inside Sales Agent - Top Real Estate Team Full-Time or Part-Time Available Full-time or part-time Inside Sales Agent. This individual craves interactions and making connections with people by developing and nurturing client-centered relationships through calls, text, and email communications. The ability to build strong rapport and qualify all leads is essential as well as having a regular follow-up system to stay in front of all past and potential business. The capacity to make high-volume outbound phone calls daily and stay positive, enthusiastic, and focused is the talent we are looking for. Someone who fits our dynamic culture and the team environment is vital. Ideally, work will be in-office and feed off the energy of the Team, open to some remote work as well. Responsibilities: • Schedule appointments for Listing and Buyer Agents • Follow up with past clients and pipeline of prospects • Input /manage client-lead databases • Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks • Attend training and establish daily role-play partners • Practice, memorize, and internalize scripts • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met • Manage 30+ new leads each week and work with existing leads to convert them into buying/listing appointments • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads Qualifications: • Ability to be in an office for the entire day making sales contacts • Comfortable working in a commission-driven role • Excellent follow-up, organizational, and time management skills • Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented, must create a follow-up system for the best results • Focused on developing a career by participating in ongoing training • Confident telephone voice • Georgia Real Estate License Compensation: $44,000 - $73,000 at plan yearly
