    Inside Sales Agent - Top Real Estate Team Full-Time At the Curtin Team, we are looking for a highly driven, full-time, or part-time Inside Sales Agent with a passion for turning leads into lifelong customers. We're seeking a natural communicator with a passion for building relationships and delivering concierge-quality service. In this role, you'll engage with clients through calls, texts, and emails, nurturing client-centered relationships and identifying opportunities for our agents. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about customer service, understand the importance of relationship building, and preferably hold or are pursuing a Georgia Real Estate License. Responsibilities: • Schedule appointments for Listing and Buyer Agents • Follow up with past clients and pipeline of prospects • Input /manage client-lead databases • Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks • Attend training and establish daily role-play partners • Practice, memorize, and internalize scripts • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met • Manage 30+ new leads each week and work with existing leads to convert them into buying/listing appointments • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads Qualifications: • Ability to be in an office for the entire day making sales contacts • Comfortable working in a commission-driven role • Excellent follow-up, organizational, and time management skills • Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented, must create a follow-up system for the best results • Focused on developing a career by participating in ongoing training • Confident telephone voice • Georgia Real Estate License Compensation: $44,000 - $73,000 at plan yearly
