JOB SUMMARY

At The Lund Company we have high expectations for White Glove Customer Service and Administrative Support. This position is responsible for ensuring that customers’, both internal and external, needs are met. The Commercial Support Specialist must be extremely detail oriented, have good phone/email skills, be able to think quickly on their feet and communicate effectively at all levels as they are not only the liaisons between customers and The Lund Company, but also work closely in support of the Commercial Facilities Management/Service Departments.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of two years in an office environment
• Front desk/receptionist experience preferred but not required
• Strong customer service approach/experience
• Excellent verbal, written, telephone, communication skills
• Positive, outgoing personality required!
• Proficient computer experience (Microsoft Office experience)
• Ability to uphold the Company Vision and Values
