    About the Role: Custodial Engineer

    As a Custodial Engineer, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance and janitorial support of our two Fort Wayne locations. This role is hands-on and essential to keeping our offices clean, functional, and welcoming.

    You will handle daily cleaning tasks, light maintenance, furniture setup, and general facility upkeep while ensuring safety standards are met at all times.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary working environment

    Perform restroom and general office cleaning

    Sweep, mop, and sanitize facility floors

    Take out and manage trash removal on a regular schedule

    Assist with moving and setting up office furniture (desks, chairs, tables, etc.)

    Perform light maintenance tasks and minor repairs

    Replace air filters and light bulbs as needed

    Report safety concerns, accidents, or injuries promptly

    Follow all company safety, risk management, and OSHA requirements

    Participate in safety meetings and training

    Wear required protective equipment and follow safety procedures

    Support additional duties as assigned

    1+ year of related custodial, maintenance, or facilities experience preferred
