Position: Part-Time Custodian Schedule: Monday to Friday Salary: $16.90/hr. We are a locally owned and operated private, family veterinary and pet boarding practice who is seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working and detail-oriented individual to join our team. General Summary Responsible for performing janitorial functions for office and common areas in order to maintain an attractive, clean and comfortable environment to meet the needs of our business and clients. Essential Job Duties Must be willing and able to complete all tasks assigned which include but are not limited to the following: • Clean offices and common areas which include meeting rooms, bathrooms, hallways, reception areas, laundry spaces • Vacuum all carpeted areas • Sweep and mop hard surface flooring • Dust furniture, counter tops, desks, display shelves • Clean windows • Empty trash • Clean microwaves, sinks, stoves, refrigerators, kitchen equipment and utensils • Restock necessities (soap, paper towels, toilet paper) • Water and take care of plants • Load, fold and stow laundry Criteria Must be eligible to work in CA Must be able to squat, bend, twist and lift up to 40# Benefits Include Life Insurance Retirement Plan Personal Pet Discount
