About the Role:

DMack Agency Inc is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian - Floor Tech to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. Responsibilities:

Perform routine floor care including sweeping, mopping, buffing, waxing, and stripping hard surface floors

Operate commercial floor machines, auto scrubbers, and burnishers safely and effectively

Clean and maintain carpeted areas through vacuuming and spot treatment

Conduct general custodial duties including restroom sanitation, trash removal, and surface disinfecting

Monitor and restock janitorial supplies as needed

Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly

Requirements:

Prior experience in custodial, janitorial, or floor care maintenance preferred

Hands-on experience operating commercial floor buffers, scrubbers, and burnishing equipment

Knowledge of floor stripping, waxing, and refinishing techniques

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed
