About the Role:

Little General LLC is looking for a dependable and hardworking Custodian to join our team in Columbia, MO! This is a great opportunity to be a vital part of keeping our facility clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of interior spaces including floors, restrooms, and common areas

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness

Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly

Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other restroom essentials

Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs to management

Follow proper procedures for handling and storing cleaning chemicals and equipment

Assist with light facility maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:

Prior custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred but not required

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic

Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safe handling procedures is a plus

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
