We're hiring two dependable Part-Time Evening Custodians—one for each of our Richmond-area locations!

Position Details

Location 1

Nine Mile Road, Richmond, VA 23223 (1 Opening)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Location 2

Hermitage Rd, Henrico, VA 23228 (1 Opening)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Pay: $14.00 per hour

We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in keeping workplaces clean, safe, and welcoming. If you enjoy working independently and are looking for a consistent part-time evening position with a predictable schedule, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Vacuum carpets and entry mats

Dust and wipe desks, furniture, and office surfaces

Sweep and mop hard-surface floors

Use a Swiffer or similar dusting tools on floors and surfaces

Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures

Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

Restock restroom supplies as needed

Clean and maintain breakrooms and common areas

Report maintenance issues or supply shortages to management

Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

Qualifications

Previous custodial, janitorial, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Reliable transportation

Strong attention to detail

Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality

Ability to perform routine physical cleaning tasks
