We are a custom cabinet shop seeking a skilled and detail oriented Custom Cabinet and Millwork Installer to join our team. This position is responsible for installing custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, countertop installation and related woodwork in residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong background in custom cabinetry installation, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, works well independently, and maintains a professional appearance and attitude on job sites. Also has the ability to lead or assist with full project installations from start to finish, has excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make jobsite adjustments with precision.

Responsibilities include installing custom cabinetry, millwork, and setting and securing countertops in a variety of countertop materials and ensuring proper alignment and fit. Must be able to read and interpret shop drawings and field measurements and ensure finished installations meet company standards. Reliability, punctuality, and strong communication skills are essential along with a commitment to high quality craftsmanship, cleanliness and professionalism especially with our customers and other team members.
