About the Role:

Join Premiere Motorsports / Premiere Service & Performance as a Custom Car Audio and LED 12V Specialist, where your passion for automotive technology meets creativity! In this exciting role, you will transform cars, autocycles and motorcycles with high end and quality audio systems and vibrant LED lighting, enhancing the driving experience and ambiance for our customers. We have a growing clientele of Vanderhall customers (autocycle) who LOVE to customize and modify their audio and lighting.

Responsibilities & Workflow Expectations

Install and configure custom audio systems from entry to high-end, focusing on sound quality, clean integration, and OEM+ level finish

Perform remote start, GPS tracking, and security system installations across major platforms including Viper, Compustar, and Voxx

Install and integrate aftermarket head units with full Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and steering wheel control compatibility

Hardwire dash cameras (front and rear) and perform stealth radar detector installs with concealed wiring and professional mounting

Design and execute custom LED lighting solutions — interior, exterior, and accent — tailored to each customer's vision

Diagnose and troubleshoot audio, electrical, and lighting systems accurately and efficiently

Guide customers through product selections with honest, knowledgeable recommendations that fit their vehicle and budget

Stay current on emerging 12V technologies, new product releases, and industry best practices

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times — your bay reflects the Premiere standard

Collaborate with the PSP team to continuously improve service quality and the customer experience

Document all installations thoroughly in our shop management system and provide follow-up support to ensure every customer leaves satisfied

Requirements:

Proven experience in automotive audio and LED installation, with a strong provided portfolio of past work.

Knowledge of 12V electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Certifications in audio and lighting installation are a plus.

Passion for cars and automotive customization.
