    Positions available: Business Account Executive

    Roles and responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

    Area Business Leaders are responsible for increasing business sales opportunities through growing the business customer base at their assigned locations. This will be achieved by working with Business Advocates in each location to facilitate lead generation for new customers, developing relationships with existing AT&T customers in the area to add to our customer base, educating the locations on small business and how to qualify, setting up a minimum requirement of table days per month, and setting a minimum requirement of businesses to educate on the employee benefits AT&T offers (IRU).

    Responsible for obtaining an individual monthly goal for Gross Adds/OPPS

    Assist with closing leads generated by the stores. This will consist of offering guidance in building quotes, calling on leads, preparing for and facilitating sales calls, and answering general questions that pertain to business.

    Responsible for looking over each locations Business Portfolio when making visits. Ensuring the Portfolio is current and that we are maintaining a relationship with each business as well as keeping the customer aware of all current promotions

    Will hold weekly calls with Advocates to set goals for leads and GAs, cover each stores current funnel, educate on new promotions or products, share and implement best practices from high performing locations

    Will spend 2 days a week in stores and have three days for prospecting new business.

    Responsible for facilitating a monthly training for new and under-performing reps in their assigned locations.

    Responsible for facilitating a monthly training and meeting with assigned Small Business Advocates.

    Cultivating a relationship between the Area Leader, Store Leader and Advocate. Business Leader must ensure Store Leaders is holding the Advocates accountable, as well as giving the Advocates the support they need to gain rep buy in. Must involve Area Leader to spot check action items and assist in holding Store Leaders accountable that are not meeting expectations.

    Visiting each store in their region a minimum of 2 times per month.

    Must observe interactions while in store and coach to any misses seen.

    Develop Action Plan for each store after visit based around areas of opportunity observed.

    Role Play with under-performing reps on how to discover business opportunities.

    Offer best practices for reps to integrate into their sales approach.

    Working with the Chamber of Commerce to engage the local community and drive traffic into assigned stores.

    Assisting in the scheduling, planning, and execution of local events to create community awareness and help drive traffic into White Space locations.

    Minimum qualifications to apply: Must have one to two years of experience in outside sales. Previous experience in the Telecommunication field is preferred.

    Compensation:

    $30-40k Base Pay (DOE) with a bonus up to or exceeding $30,000 per year based on goal attainment.
