The Store Leader position is responsible for a team of retail sales consultants by providing leadership and coaching to different sales behaviors. Providing guidance to all staff to ensure the customer experience is the main focus of this position. By leading the sales team, the store leader is responsible for achieving the locations sales goals, while managing all store operations.
Meet and exceed customer experience and sales objectives for store. Supervise the overall daily operation of a store including hiring, development, discipline, and scheduling of employees to ensure an extraordinary customer experience, cost efficiency, and quality store operations. Maintain inventories at adequate levels, promote sales, and maintain the appearance of the store. Complete accounting and paperwork associated with cash receipts and prices and conducts physical inventories. Job level is determined by meeting store opportunity, customer satisfaction, audit scores, and other criteria.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure every seller follows the AT&T Experience and executes on all 5 Key Behaviors
Provide superior customer service and meet expected company goals and expectations
Ensure the team is properly trained on new products and promotions to be able to sell with confidence
Maintaining good employer/employee communication
Perform practice sessions with team members on a regular basis to demonstrate “what right looks like”
Facilitate one on one coaching sessions and store meetings
Develop employees for growth and promotion by delegating appropriate responsibilities and inspecting completion
Educate personnel on the compensation plan and ensure employees know how to maximize
Properly staff during hot zones and meet business needs, training and special events such as product launches
Accountable for adhering to AT&T’s merchandising standards
Instill a sense of pride and ownership in store appearance – where all employees understand their store is the face of AT&T to every customer
Ensure timely completion of required training to empower personnel to succeed
Responsible for developing new hires for your location during and after class training
Perform other duties and meet deadlines as assigned by Company Leadership
Compensation:
AT&T Custom Team Leaders (RSM) are guaranteed a minimum of $30,000 a year salary plus bonus opportunities. Bonuses are based on the performance of your locations. Successful Team Leaders average $1,500 a month in bonuses and earn $48,000 a year.
