Job Description:
Custom Crating and Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our office operations, you will provide essential support to ensure our administrative processes' smooth and efficient functioning. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the office team.
Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Handle special projects and tasks assigned by management, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
Collaborate with colleagues to support various departments and facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Contribute to a positive and productive work environment through teamwork and effective communication.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in an office setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated reliability, trustworthiness, and professionalism.
Spanish-speaking abilities are a plus but not required.
