Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Service Representative (Liquid Water) to work with us. This person will report to the Technical Service Director for performance of assigned functions. The person in this role will be required to travel domestically up to 50%. As a Tech Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Performing Technical Service at customer locations
• Controlling Work-off, press-side technical support, housekeeping and monthly reporting
• Handling Inventory management and record-keeping
• Following all safety requirements
• Dispensing inks, performing color matches, supporting/training ink room staff

Qualifications

_ To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:_

• Have a High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
• Must be able to pass a color vision test
• Have the ability and willingness to travel
• Be able to match colors effectively
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Effectively communicate with peers and customers
• Have excellent written, reading comprehension and basic math skills
• Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently

_ In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:_

• Associate degree from 2-year college or trade school
• Previous ink inplant experience
• SAP experience and proficient with Microsoft Suite programs.
• 3-5 years in the ink industry and experience in commercial printing
