Job Description

PRIMARY PURPOSE The Marketing Intern provides administrative support to the staff of the Sales and Marketing department assisting in planning and implementing sales and marketing activities in order to meet company targets for retention, growth, and profitability with an emphasis on digital media.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Maintain social media presence across all digital channels
• Develop, design and manage the execution of email campaigns related to lead generation and customer communications
• Coordinate and build content for digital assets for various channels
• Designs miscellaneous promotional materials as assigned
• Update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
• Contribute to the design, editing, and writing of publications including advertising, brochures, flyers, etc.
• May perform other duties as required and/or assigned

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Experience with Adobe – Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Experience with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong writing skills with SEO best practices
• Preferred: Experience writing marketing communications such as collateral, bylines, job stories, advertising copy, etc

This positions hours can be flexible based upon the candidates needs. This position can also turn into a permanent role.
