Does meeting new people excite you?

Do you enjoy sharing pictures of your proudest accomplishments - whether they’re your kids or your projects?

Are you a professional wanting to settle into a professional workplace until you’re ready to retire?

Then you sound like our kind of people, and we really want to meet you!

We’re a family-run company established over 70 years ago, and we’re proud of our accomplishments, too. Our lifestyle and company culture is highly rewarding, and that comes from a passion for our craft and decades of honing our processes. You could say we’re “tried and true” because we’re supportive, collaborative, consistent, and polished - we have no need for experimental trends or new gadgets.

Our employees typically stay with us for over 20 years, and many retire from here. We are friendly and celebratory with each other, our clients, and our subcontractors.

We’re looking for an experienced Carpenter to help with our high-end residential kitchen and bath remodeling projects, who takes pride in quality craftsmanship. If you can’t help but stay a few extra minutes to wipe down the countertop and stand back to admire it, you’ll be a great fit here. Your main responsibilities will include:

Selecting tools, equipment, and/or materials from storage and transporting to work site

Cleaning work areas, machines, or equipment

Managing debris staging and making dump runs

Assisting with fitting and installing window frames, doors, hardware, interior and exterior trim

Assisting with installation of cabinets, mill work, and appliances

Additional work in, but not limited to, concrete, drywall, paint, tile, or more

Experience as a Finish Carpenter is valuable to us. Additional qualities that are highly desirable include:

    Excellent Interpersonal Communication skills

    Organizational skills

Respectful and mindful of working in someone’s home

    Punctual

    Neat, clean, and tidy

    Well-dressed and well-spoken

    No profanity or smoking

We look forward to hearing from you!
