Sales Support Specialist WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH:

YOUR ROLE:

The Sales Support Specialist will work directly with our sales team to support their efforts in growing their business and servicing their existing clients. We’re looking for someone with a unique combination of skills: Creative, task oriented, organized, personable, friendly, A+ communication skills and the desire to have fun and bring a solid work ethic to the table. You’re motivated by the constantly changing and fast paced environment that is Custom Logos and you are in it to win it.

THE TASK AT HAND:

• Create power point presentations based on each salesperson’s requirements
• Communicate with vendors on pricing and availability of products
• Act as the #2 in dealing directly with clients to answer their questions and provide updates on current projects
• Work with production staff to make sure timelines are being met and on schedule
• Work with creative team to get artwork created for specific projects
• Find creative ways to help clients promote their brand
• Cover all communication for reps when they are out of the office
• Order samples and track delivery for each
• Work with customer service to get information on specific orders and delivery updates to pass along to clients

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College degree
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Teams, and Word
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a plus but not required
• Possess a great mix or creative and project management skills while being customer focused and brand obsessed
• Desire to work in a fast-paced growth-oriented company
